- Responsible for maintaining records of accounts for the purpose of making preparing periodic reports around GST from time to time.
- Advice, support and review of statutory matters related to GST including preparation & filing of the returns
- Filing of GST Returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 and annual return
- Work on other statutory compliance like Income tax ( TDS) etc.
- Filing GST Refunds.
- Will look after reconciliation of GSTR-2A.
- Preparation of monthly cash flow statement and monitoring of day to day bank balances
- Arrangement of funds from Banks for Working Capital and Project Financing
- Tracking of FD Investments for receipt of interest and principal on maturity
- Payment of Interest on Loans and repayment of Principal Amts. of Loans (Rupee & FCTL)
- Preparation of Annual Budget (Jan to Dec. for Skytanking in Oct. and April to March for IOSL Board in Feb./Mar.)
- Monitoring and Control of actual operating and revenue expenses by accounting the actual expenses under Proper Budget Head and Reporting of Budget Vs. Actual every month and reasons for variances
- Ensuring Proper Insurance coverage for all assets and facilities and payment of premiums in time
- Timely renewal of all policies including coverage of all assets like OMC ATF, IOSL Assets, Employees Mediclaim & accident without lapse of single day, Vehicles different dates, Dead stock by, Public liability insurance and Fidelity
- Maintain Policy Records under Safe Custody
- All matters pertaining to IOSL Employees Group Gratuity Trust like yearly provisions, Preparation of Annual Accounts and Audit, etc
- Check all daily payments including Cash and Cheque Payments to various Vendors, Contractors and Employees of IOSL and ensure they are accounted under the proper accounting heads (Ledger Scrutiny in Tally)
- To check Bank Reconciliation every month and take action on stale cheques and open items
- To send Scanned copies of Invoices to all suppliers & originals to be sent to all suppliers by hand
- Airlines wise details of upliftment to be sent to BIAL and Monthly Summary Statement
- Finalisation of Accounts every quarter, Half Year, and as per IFRS in Dec. end and Annual Accounts in March end
- To coordinate with Internal Auditors for carrying out Internal Audit every Half Year and resolve the queries / points raised by the auditors and take remedial actions for improvement in the Internal Control Systems
- To ensure completion of Tax Audit and compliance with provisions of Income Tax Act
- To coordinate with auditors for completion of audit of accounts as per IFRS in Dec
- To ensure completion of Statutory Audit of Annual Accounts within Target Date
- To ensure Statutory/ Tax Payments are made every month / quarter as per due dates
- Ensure the Statutory / Tax Returns are submitted as per due dates
- To ensure issue of TDS Certificates to vendors, contractors, professional consultants, employees, etc.
- To ensure filing of Income Tax Returns and coordinate for Assessment of the same
