Mr. Shailesh Dhar is the Executive Director (Aviation) at IndianOil Corporation Ltd., leading the company’s aviation fuel business. A graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the prestigious NIT Warangal, he has been with IndianOil since 1994, contributing significantly to the LPG and Aviation Fuel Handling sectors. With over 25 years of experience in the aviation fuel industry, Mr. Dhar has been deeply involved in the entire aviation fuel value chain since 1998. Before his current role at IndianOil’s Head Office in Mumbai, he held leadership positions at multiple locations and played key roles at the Regional Office. A recognized expert in commissioning and startup of Hydrant Refuelling Systems, he has been instrumental in commissioning major Hydrant Fuelling infrastructure at Hindan, Chandigarh, Kalaikunda, and Terminal 1 at IGI Airport, New Delhi. As the overall head of IndianOil’s Aviation vertical, Mr. Dhar spearheads strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth in aviation fuel management, reinforcing IndianOil’s leadership in the sector.
