Mr. T. S. Dupare is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of IndianOil Skytanking Private Limited (IOSL), India’s leading provider of integrated aviation fuelling services, managing fuel farms and into-plane refuelling operations at more than 50 airports across the country.
With an illustrious career spanning four decades in the aviation fuel industry, Mr. Dupare has been associated with the entire value chain of aviation fuel management—from storage and hydrant systems to fuelling operations, safety, equipment, and customer service excellence. His expertise covers business development, joint ventures, and aviation fuelling infrastructure, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, HSSE, and sustainable growth.
An Electrical Engineer and an MBA in Marketing Management, Mr. Dupare has been a pioneer of innovation in India’s aviation fuelling sector. He was instrumental in introducing single-man refuelling operations in India, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and safety in ground handling of aviation fuel.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dupare has played a strategic role in landmark fuelling projects at some of India’s largest airports, including Bangalore International Airport, Delhi International Airport, Mumbai International Airport, and more recently, the fuel farm and into-plane operations at the upcoming Noida International Airport (Jewar). His leadership continues to drive IOSL’s commitment to world-class service standards, technological advancement, and global best practices in aviation fuelling.
